Warranty

All Bikram Sambat products have a 10 months’ warranty against material defects (apart from normal wear and tear). If you feel your garment is defective, you can send it into to us to be inspected. If your garment is found to be defective, it will be replaced with the same or similar garment. If it is not found to be defective, it will be returned to you with a letter of explanation.

We have divided our product’s warranty into 2 halves. The first 6 months will cover all defects on everything ranging from stitching, buttons and the garment itself. While the next 4 months will only cover the material defect. Please note that this policy will not cover the defects from normal wear and tear of the apparel. (Check Return policy)
